Inspections under the PSC PRIME SERVICE® agreement are limited to (contract agreement) inspections per year per invoiced location, additional inspections of the facility will be billed at $495.00 per inspection (inspections are required to maintain the OSHA guarantee).

Job-site inspections will be counted as a normal inspection, however due to the OSHA multi-employer clause, construction job-sites are not guaranteed. We can not be responsible for operations or conditions that we have not had the opportunity to inspect or review.

The employer also has the duty of informing Professional Safety Consultants, Inc. of any changes to the facility, operations or procedures for certification and continuation of this warranty, which may require an additional inspection as mentioned above.

If the company has been previously cited by OSHA those items are not covered by this agreement, whether the PSC , Inc. representative identifies those items or not. All repeat violations are the clients responsibility and are not covered by this warranty.

All other programs, documents, training classes or any other services supplied with the PSC PRIME SERVICE® will be covered under this guarantee as long as the employer has sent each employee and newly hired employee to the training sessions offered and the employer implements the on site training recommendations and documents provided by Professional Safety Consultants, Inc.

To be covered under this warranty, the customer must send PSC , Inc., a letter of abatement on the items identified in his/her inspection. Upon completion of the abatement a warranty document will be issued. Until the customer has this document in their possession, no guarantee has been issued and no fines will be covered. If inspected, Professional Safety Consultants, Inc., must be informed of the OSHA inspection immediately. Failure to notify PSC , Inc. of said inspection will violate this warranty.

If the employer is fined and Professional Safety Consultants, Inc., was negligent, then Professional Safety Consultants, Inc., will refund all fines paid to OSHA by the employer within 60 days, up to a limit of $5,000.00.
